What is the darkest tint legal in GA?
Georgia law requires front side windows to allow at least 32% of light through, with a 3% tolerance either direction. Sedans have to keep that same 32% minimum on the back side and rear windows too, while SUVs, vans, and trucks can go any darkness on the back side and rear glass once the front sides meet the 32% requirement. Reflectivity on front and back side windows is capped, and non-reflective film is allowed on the top six inches of the windshield. The team will walk you through exactly what is legal for your vehicle before installing anything.
